Dear HUB Family:
As per Governor Inslee’s announcement on Sunday regarding the new COVID-19 guidance, the HUB Sports Center will sadly have to CLOSE again for our sports activities and fitness classes. This closure is scheduled from Tuesday, Nov. 17 – Monday, Dec. 14.
We have LOVED being open even in a limited capacity where we could serve as many teams as possible with space to practice and train. We will miss the noise and the smiling (under masks) faces. Thank you all for following our policies and protocols to keep each other safe while participating. You did a fantastic job as we did not have any outbreaks traced to our facility.
- This closure will NOT impact our Youth Development programs: CVSD Learning Center, STEM Classes, School Reading, Homeschool, Adaptive PE, as they are exempted as K-12 education.
- Our martial arts instructors are exploring ZOOM based classes as they did during the first lockdown. Please contact them for dates and times.
- If you are interested in learning more about how to support the HUB Sports Center, please visit our website: www.hubsportscenter.org/giving.
We will be waiting for you when these current restrictions end and are looking forward to seeing you all back in action. We love being a part of this community and are committed to providing positive events and activities.
Please stay safe and healthy!
Sincerely,
Phil Champlin
Executive Director
