ADVANCED (3.0 AND ABOVE) PICKLEBALL CLINIC: STRATEGIES TO HIT SHOTS WITH A PURPOSE
In order to hit a purposeful pickleball shot, a player must have a strategy and understand “why they are hitting that particular shot”. And in order to understand this “why”, it is important for a player to be a good observer of the game. In this clinic we will discuss and practice observing the game. We will see how observing what our opponents are doing, what our partner is doing, and what we are doing should influence the types of shots we hit. Our goal will to be utilize the knowledge gained from our observations to create more winning shots.
