Join Doctor of Physical Therapy Paula Stiles, DPT, OCS, Pn1, for this 1 hour clinic to improve your pickleball health! She will lead you through and teach you warm-up and cool down exercises to help you reduce injury and improve mobility to improve your game.
Cost: $30
Participants will get a hand out and a link to videos of the exercises shown in the clinic.

Refund policy: Cancellations made prior to October 1, 2023, will receive a 75% refund of the clinic entry fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after October 1, 2023. This refund policy will be enforced in order to ensure the continued integrity of our clinics. Full Refunds will be given if the clinic is cancelled.
