Students will learn and perform the basics, forms, and self-defense techniques.
At the end of the class, students should be able to perform 10 self-defense techniques, one short kata andexecute basic blocks, punches and kicks.
Classes meet from 6:15-7:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
$10 fee for supplies.
