We hope you had a great Thanksgiving with your family and friends.  Come waddle over to theHUBSportsCenterfor our December events and activities.  It is a busy holiday season with practices, games, leagues, and tournaments.  We’ve listed some of the 2012 events you can sign up for below.  Stop on in with your family and check out what is happening this month.  There are many opportunities to participate coming up.

Special Events

BASKETBALL SKILLS CLINIC – Join us Tuesday, December 27th from 9am – 12pm at the HUBSportsCenter.  This clinic is for kids in 1st through 6th grade to learn and refine their basketball skills. The clinic will review the basic basketball skills of ball handling, passing, defense and shooting as well as emphasize sportsmanship and teamwork. Games, Drills and Scrimmages are the main components of the clinics. Registration Forms available HERE.

 

SKYHAWKS WINTER BREAK CAMPS – These fun, skill-intensive camps are designed with the beginner to intermediate players in mind.  Using their progression curriculum, they teach the skills they need both on and off the court to be a better athlete.  Sign up for either the Basketball or Volleyball camp before it’s too late. Pre-registration is required.  Both camps run from 9am-12pm, December 19-21 at theHUBSportsCenter.  Only $49 to participate.  Register Online HERE.

 

SNOWBALL SHOOT-OUT 3v3 FUTSAL TOURNAMENT – Come be a part of this inaugural tournament December 29-30.  It will be fast paced indoor soccer action.  The Snowball Shoot-Out is for teams in the U7-U14 age brackets.  Only 8 teams per division.  Sign up early for a discount and to guarantee your team a spot.  $100/team ($80 if registered by December 5th).  Registration Forms available HERE.

 

SPORTCO HOLIDAY BALL VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT – Sign up for this 4 v 4 volleyball tournament hosted by SportCo Athletics on December 27th.  More information and registration available at: www.sportcoathletics.com.

 

HUBSPORTSCENTER5V5 FUTSAL LEAGUE – Get your soccer players in shape and ready for the spring.  Play in the HUSSportsCenter’s Futsal League.  $240/team for ages U9-U13.  Games will be played on Mondays or Wednesday from February 1st to March 12th.  Registration Forms available HERE.

 

CHURCH BASKETBALL LEAGUE – Grab some friends and join us for some fellowship playing basketball with other church teams.  Games will be Monday nights between 6:30-9:30pm beginning February 13th and ending March 19th.  Contact us if you are interested in signing up a team.  Only 12 spots available.  info@hubsportscenter.org
